Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund. Shipping and Handling cost is not refundable. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Items must be returned in the original product packaging they were shipped in, in their original, unworn condition.

Please include a note as to what you would like for your item - store credit, refund or exchange. If it is an exchange, please note what you would like to exchange your item(s) for. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for the payment. We will process your return within 3 business days of receiving the items and we will notify you via email with your original order to confirm your store credit, refund or new tracking information.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange for any reason.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Your order will be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Taxes And Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by TONY TRAMP.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Your countries customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
